Samples are separated in DNA (metagenome) and RNA (metatranscriptome) folders.

First number in the file name correspond to patient number. Second number after dot correspond to visit.

Example:

 
 DNA_8.1_R1_Progressing_sites,  are the DNA sequences from patient 8 at the first visit (baseline).


Visits' codes:

 .1 = Baseline
 .2 = 2 months visit
 .3 = 4 months visit
